Thomas J. Hinck, CFP®
Managing Partner, Wealth Advisor
As a managing partner/wealth advisor with Hinck Private Wealth Management, LLC., Tom is a second-generation wealth advisor working alongside his father, John, and his brother James. As a 30-year veteran, Tom has helped his clients navigate through a wide range of markets. In 2000, Tom earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification from the College for Financial Planning in Denver. Tom has spent his career serving various net-worth investors and their families.
Prior to joining A.G. Edwards & Sons back in 1991, he graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. In 2005, he became the branch manager of the Englewood, Florida Branch of A.G. Edwards & Sons. As his role as Branch Manager, Tom's thorough understanding of the brokerage industry with operations and regulations is an integral part of his ability to support team members in adhering to compliance and administrative requirements.
Tom is a firm believer in participating and giving back to the community. He is a member of the Englewood United Methodist Church, Rotary Club of Englewood Sunset - (President-elect & Secretary), member of Iron Bulls Club – University of South Florida, Englewood Family YMCA – (Past Chair & Board Member), Lemon Bay Touchdown Club – (Past President), Englewood Area Athletic Assoc. Pop Warner – (past head coach), Englewood Community Hospital – (Past chair and board member), Englewood Area Fire Control Dist. Pension Trust Fund – (board member).
Tom lives in Englewood, along with his wife Dawn and they have two sons: James and Justin. In his free time, Tom likes to fish, cycle, and spend time with his family and friends.

James L. Hinck, CFP®, CIMA®
Managing Partner, Wealth Advisor
A 26-year veteran of the financial services industry, James has the experience behind him of both good and bad markets. James graduated from the University of South Florida in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in marketing from the College of Business. James's financial services career started in 1996 when he was hired by A.G. Edwards & Sons as a financial advisor in Port Richey, Florida. In 1997 James transferred from the Port Richey, Florida office to his hometown of Englewood, Florida to join his father, John, and brother, Tom, in the Englewood office.
In 2001, James earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification and in 2002 earned the CERTIFIED INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST certification through the Wharton School of Business at Penn University in Pennsylvania.
James has volunteered and given of his time for years. He has been a Rotarian locally since 1997, serving as a Club President in the 2017-2018 Rotary year. That year the club had its best year, as it earned Club of the Year, and James was awarded President of the Year and Rotarian of the Year for Southwest Florida's District 6960. In the 2020-2021 Rotary year he served as Area Governor for Area 7 in District 6960 overseeing six clubs as well as Chief of Staff to the District Governor.
James has served on various boards over the years, including the Lemon Bay High School Student Advisory Committee, the Sky Family YMCA Advisory board (Past Chair), and is the current Chair of the Englewood Community Redevelopment Area (CRA).
James and his family are members of the Englewood United Methodist Church. He is a member of the Englewood Elks Lodge. James lives in Englewood and loves to spend time with his wife, Julie, and their three children: Jenna, Jamie, and Jordan.

John W. Hinck
Wealth Advisor
John first arrived in Englewood in 1973 as the first senior vice president of the First National Bank of Englewood (now Englewood Bank). He joined AG Edwards & Sons in 1978, where he was a member of the Chairman’s Council, and he later served as vice president of investments for Wachovia Securities and Wells Fargo Advisors.
John is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Banking of The South. He has served the community on the Englewood Water Board, Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary, Englewood Elks Lodge, Englewood United Methodist Church, and the Englewood Masons.
John has been married to his wife, Christine, for 60 years and they’ve raised three children together: Laura, Thomas, and James. When he’s not working or spending time with his seven grandchildren: Brandon, Brittany, James, Justin, Jenna, Jamie, and Jordan, or his great-grandchild, Oakley, he likes to vacation in the mountains of North Carolina. John enjoys golfing and traveling in his spare time.

JoAnne Marino
Operations Manager
JoAnne is the operations manager for Hinck Private Wealth Management, LLC. She has 17 years of experience in the financial industry and holds FINRA Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 registrations. Before joining the Hinck team in 2004, she was the accounting/office manager of a printing company in southern New Jersey for more than 17 years.
She has a son living in New Jersey, but her other son and stepson both live closer to home in Florida. JoAnne enjoys spending time with her seven grandchildren.
When she’s not working or spending time with the family, JoAnne enjoys boating, exercise, and being at the beach.

Krissy Parks
Wealth Advisor Assistant
Before joining Hinck Private Wealth Management, Krissy worked for 12 years at a local bank. She held various position, starting as a teller and advancing into a management role. She joined Hinck Private Wealth Management in April 2019 as a wealth advisor assistant.
Krissy moved to the Englewood area in 1992 and has been a hometown girl ever since. Outside of work, she loves shopping, boating, and spending time at home with her family.

Darlene Wilson
Registered Wealth Advisor Assistant
Darlene joined Hinck Private Wealth Management with over 20-years’ industry experience beginning her career in 1999 with A.G Edwards & Sons in Venice, Florida. After many years of working with large corporations in the industry, she has decided a private group in a local community is a better fit for her.
During her career in this industry, she has worked in various roles and experienced many different markets, and much economic change which has greatly enriched her knowledge and skill set.
In 1992 she moved from North East Ohio to beautiful sunny Florida with her 3 young children to enjoy all that life in a tropical climate has to offer. Darlene is the proud Mother of 3 grown successful children as well as the Grandmother of 5 grandchildren. She has very strong family values and 30 years of community ties. As a child Darlene was taught that trust, respect and honesty are the fundamentals in all relationships and strives to carry on this mind set with clients treating them the same as she would a family member.
In her fee time Darlene enjoys spending time with family and friends. Any outdoor activity, traveling, home projects, crafts and new adventures.

Keyla Sparks
Wealth Advisor Assistant
Keyla was born and raised in Englewood, Florida. After graduating from Lemon Bay High School in 2015, she embarked on starting a career in finance. Before joining Hinck Private Wealth Management in 2021, she worked at Trustco Bank for two years. The personal interactions with customers enabled her to refine her skills while delivering excellent service to the bank's clientele. Wanting to broaden her knowledge for a more cultivated client experience, Keyla began working with Key Agency Insurance. There she obtained a 4-40 license to work as a Certified Professional Service Representative. After a year, she moved on to work for Capstan Financial Consulting Group for three years as a financial advisor assistant. She brings to the team six years of experience in the financial and services industry.
In her downtime, Keyla enjoys going to the beach, working out, spending time with friends and family, and going to the dog park with her Aussie, Sawyer.
